Should I Buy This?: Tom Binns Last Laugh Shark Tooth Studs

October 12, 2012 § 1 Comment

I hate Moda’Operandi. And by hate, of course, I mean love. They keep sending me little credits so my broke ass can get my tiny little hands on those designer duds I wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford. I have a $100 credit in my account, and don’t know what to do with it. Today, jewelry designer Tom Binns‘ Spring 2013 offerings went live on the designer trunkshow site. Now, the thing about Tom Binns is, a lot of his jewelry just gets knocked off, and honestly, I can’t justify paying $600 for some Swarovski crystal and resin earrings H&M will promptly resell in plastic. Just… girl, just no. But today, I was browsing through and spied these puppies:

These “Last Laugh” Shark Tooth Studs are exactly what I need right now. After my gold House of Harlow studs mysteriously went missing, I need a good pair of gold staple studs.

These are just simple enough to go with anything, and interesting enough to not look basic. Ya’ll know I love my tough girl details, and these 24-karat gold plated studs are pretty badass if you ask me.

They’re $115. Should I use my credit now (it expires Dec 31st), or should I wait?

EDIT: Clearly I don’t know how to read, and I can’t even use my credit because the minimum is $150. Um… still, should I use my own hard-earned money for these?
